This policy explains how Mather's Luxe ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use mathersluxe.com or contact us. We are the controller of your data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our forms, by phone, email or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, property details and any message you send.
- Information about how you use the website, collected through cookies only if you accept them (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote (legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract).
- To arrange and carry out cleaning you book with us (performance of a contract).
- To keep records we're legally required to keep, such as invoices (legal obligation).
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, only with your consent.
We don't sell your data, and we don't send you marketing unless you've asked us to.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Netlify, which processes form submissions), Google (analytics and advertising, only with consent), and our email and phone providers. Some of these may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Customer records are kept for up to 6 years for tax and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@mathersluxe.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
